On 29 October 2025, the PHOENIX consortium held its M38 General Meeting in Prague, Czechia, kindly hosted by our partner FZU – Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

The meeting brought together partners from across Europe to discuss the latest project developments, covering project management, technical progress (simulation, fabrication, and use cases), dissemination activities, and upcoming milestones. The discussions were highly productive, reflecting the consortium’s strong collaboration and shared commitment to advancing PHOENIX’s research objectives.

Participants also had the opportunity to visit FZU’s research facilities, gaining insights into their world-class laboratories that support our joint work on photonic innovation.

Beyond the meeting sessions, partners enjoyed an evening walk through the historical center of Prague, beautifully illuminated at night. Special thanks go to Stanislav Kamba, who shared his knowledge of Prague’s landmarks during the walk, and to Jirka and his team at FZU for their outstanding organization and warm hospitality that made the event both productive and enjoyable.

PHOENIX thanks all partners for their valuable contributions — and looks forward to continuing this collaborative journey toward the project’s final phase!
